E sabem que mais? Foi uma óptima surpresa, ficou verdadeiramente delicioso. Eu gostei particularmente da camada de pão ralado com que se polvilha o empadão, fica muito muito bom e estaladiço.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;E desde a primeira vez que fizemos este prato de bacalhau, cá por casa já o repetimos mais uma vez. (de café) de pão ralado&lt;br /&gt;sal, pimenta e azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Prepare o puré conforme as instruções da embalagem. Pique a cebola e os dentes de alho e refogue-os em azeite. Limpe o bacalhau de peles e de espinhas e desfie-o. Junte-o ao refogado e deixe cozinhar um pouco. Refresque com o vinho, adicione a folha de louro e tempere com sal e pimenta a gosto; deixe cozinhar.&lt;br /&gt;Ligue o forno a 180ºC. Quando o bacalhau estiver pronto, retire do lume e elimine o louro. Junte-lhe o puré e envolva bem. Coloque o preparado num tabuleiro refractário e polvilhe com o pão ralado. (de sopa) de orégãos&lt;br /&gt;1 limão pequeno (sumo)&lt;br /&gt;sal e azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Coza a massa em água abundante, temperada com sal e um fio de azeite. Depois de cozida, reserve a massa. Corte a maçã em cubinhos e regue-os com o sumo de limão, para não escurecerem.&lt;br /&gt;Numa frigideira, salteie os cogumelos e as salsichas com um pouco de azeite. Eu gosto muito, mas aqui em casa só eu e o meu pai é que gostamos, pois a minha mãe não é nada adepta de manteiga. Fui uma bocado 'às cegas' para a elaboração deste bolo porque nunca tinha feito bolo de bolacha e também porque era a primeira vez que usava a forma com aro removível. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;No final, até acho que não ficou mau. No entanto, concordo com o meu maior crítico, deveria ter levado um bocadinho mais de café nas bolachas, até porque no final ficou um bocadinho mais enjoativo do que o previsto. (de sopa) de óleo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Para fazer o creme, bata a manteiga à temperatura ambiente com o açúcar em pó. Junte o óleo e bata até obter um creme macio. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Mergulhe uma parte das bolachas no café e disponha-as no fundo de um aro, colocado no prato de servir. Faça camadas intercaladas de bolachas molhadas no café com o creme de manteiga, sendo a última camada de creme.&lt;br /&gt;Polvilhe a superfície do bolo com bolacha moída e leve ao frio até servir. Pique a cebola e os alhos e refogue-os no azeite. Junte a carne e os orégãos e misture muito bem. Acrescente o leite e a polpa de tomate e deixe estufar, por 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Tempere com sal e pimenta. Adicione a farinha, mexendo sempre, para não ganhar grumos e até a massa se soltar. Retire e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;Molde bolinhas e passe-as por farinha, ovo batido e pão ralado. Frite-as em óleo e escorra-as sobre papel absorvente. Posso-vos dizer que foi uma grande aventura culinária mesmo! :)&lt;br /&gt;Isto porque decidimos, como tantas vezes, de um dia para o outro, fazer folares como já tinhamos feito há uns anos atrás. E lá fomos os dois todos felizes para a cozinha. Os folares sairam bons, pouco doces mas bons. No entanto, os apecto deles não era o mais apresentável. (de café) de açafrão em pó&lt;br /&gt;2 dl de água morna&lt;br /&gt;ovo batido para pincelar&lt;br /&gt;margarina para untar&lt;br /&gt;farinha para polvilhar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Dissolva o fermento no leito morno, junte 250g de farinha, mexa bem e deixe levedar até triplicar o volume. Deite o resto da farinha em cima da mesa, faça-lhe uma cavidade, junte o açúcar, a margarina, o açafrão dissolvido na água morna e a mistura do fermento e misture bem.&lt;br /&gt;Trabalhe bem a massa até se descolar da mesa e das mãos, faça uma bola, coloque-a numa tigela polvilhada com farinha, cubra com um pano e deixe levedar até atingir o dobro do volume. Barre ligeiramente o tabuleiro do forno com margarina.&lt;br /&gt;Trabalhe mais um pouco a massa, retire 2 pedacinhos e reserve-os. Divida a restante massa em duas partes e molde-as em forma de bolas achatadas, coloque-as no tabuleiro e disponha os ovos cozidos em cima, pressionando ligeiramente. Molde 4 rolinhos com a massa que retirou, coloque-os em cruz em cima dos ovos, cubra com um pano e deixe levedar 1 hora. Depois pincele com ovo batido e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC durante 40 minutos. Já não estamos no Inverno, e eu sei bem que agora só nos apetece umas sardinhadas no quintal e umas saladas bem rápidas e frescas. De qualquer maneira, partilho aqui com uma das minhas sopas preferidas, é tão boa! (de sopa) de azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;2 cenouras&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;200g de alho francês&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;1/2 lata de tomate pelado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;2 c. (de sopa) de polpa de tomate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;50g de massa (&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_2"&gt;cotovelinhos&lt;/span&gt;)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;2 c. (de sopa) de coentros&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;1 c. (de sopa) de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-error" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;orégãos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;sal q.b.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Verdana;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Coza as postas de pescada em água abundante, temperada com sal, uma cebola cortada em pedaços e um dente de alho. Escorra, passe o caldo por um passador de rede e reserve. Deixe arrefecer o peixe, lasque-o e reserve-o também.&lt;br /&gt;Pique a cebola e o alho restantes e refogue ambos no azeite. Corte as cenouras e o alho-francês em cubinhos e junte-os ao refogado, assim como o tomate pelado e a polpa de tomate. Deixe cozinhar mais um pouco e verta 1,2l do caldo reservado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Deixe cozer durante 20 minutos e acrescente a massa. Tempere com sal, coentros e orégãos e deixe cozer por mais dez minutos. Verter o preparado em forminhas untadas com manteiga e polvilhadas com farinha. Levar ao forno, a 180ºC, até as queijadinhas estarem cozidas (cerca de 15 a 20 minutos). Coloque colheradas desta massa numa frigideira com óleo quente e deixe fritar. Ligue o forno a 180 graus.&lt;br /&gt;Numa tigela, misture a farinha com o chocolate em pó. Noutra tigela. Bata os ovos com o açúcar durante 5 minutos, junte a mistura da farinha, o óleo e a água quente e mexa delicadamente.&lt;br /&gt;Deite a mistura anterior para a forma e leve ao forno durante 50 minutos. Verifique a cozedura com um palito, retire do forno, deixe arrefecer um pouco, desenforme e deixe arrefecer totalmente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Prepare o molho: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Leve ao lume um tacho com as natas e a manteiga, deixe ferver, desligue o lume, junte o chocolate partido em pedaços e deixe repousar durante 10 minutos.
